背景介绍
  • The Glu-Glu tag is a labeling or marker sequence specific to the Glu-Glu dipeptide, consisting of two consecutive glutamic acid residues. This tag is commonly utilized in biological research and experiments for the purposes of tagging and identifying proteins or antibodies, allowing for their tracking and analysis within complex biological samples.

  • 免疫细胞化学

    • ICC shows positive staining in Histone H3-Glu-Glu Tag transfected 293T cells (top panel) and negative staining in vector-transfected 293T cells (below panel). Anti- Glu-Glu tag antibody was used at 1/50 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Goat polyclonal Antibody to Rabbit IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution. The cells were fixed with 100% ice-cold methanol and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Counterstain with tubulin (Red).
