2 to 8 °C for 2 weeks under sterile conditions;
-20 °C for 3 months under sterile conditions;
-80 °C for 24 months under sterile conditions.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Flow cytometric analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labeling CD3ε at 1/50000 (0.01 μg) dilution / (Right panel) compared with a Mouse IgG, Isotype Control / (Left panel). Goat Anti - Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD19 - Alexa Fluor® 647 separately. Gated on total viable cells.
