CD25/IL-2Rα, FOXP3, CD4 Antibody Panel contains 3 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against CD25/IL-2Rα, FOXP3, CD4. They are provided as a sampler panel.
Panel contains:
- CD25/IL-2Rα Recombinant Rabbit mAb (S-R223) S0B0290
- FOXP3 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-R064) S0B0113
- CD4 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-R163) S0B2179
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti-FOXP3 Rabbit mAb (S0B0113) was used at 1/200 dilution (Red, B), Anti-CD25/IL-2Ra Rabbit mAb (S0B0290) was used at 1/200 dilution (Green, C), and Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/200 dilution (White, D), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
