Ki67, FOXP3, CD8α, CK-Pan Antibody Panel contains 4 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against Ki67, FOXP3, CD8α and CK-Pan. They are provided as a sampler panel.
Panel contains:
- Ki67 Mouse mAb (SDT-606-33) S0B2167 - CD8α Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-126-8) S0B2148
- S-RMab® FOXP3 Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-R149) S0B2193
- S-RMab® CK-Pan Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-P001) S0B2118
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti- CK-Pan Rabbit mAb (S0B2118) was used at 1/1000 dilution (magenta, B), Anti-FOXP3 Mouse mAb (S0B2193) was used at 1/100 dilution (Green, C), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (White, D), and Anti-Ki67 Mouse mAb (S0B2167) was used at 1/200 dilution (Yellow, E), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
