Microglia, Mature Neuron and Astrocyte Marker (Iba1, NeuN, GFAP) Antibody Panel contains 3 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against Iba1, NeuN, GFAP. They are provided as a sampler panel.
Panel contains:
- Iba1 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (S-484-18) S0B0526
- NeuN Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-432-1) S0B2220
- GFAP Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-306-10) S0B2202
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human cerebral cortex. Anti-Iba1 antibody (S0B0526) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Green), Anti-GFAP antibody (S0B2202) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Orange), Anti-NeuN antibody (S0B2220) was used at 1/250 dilution (magenta), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
