Ixekizumab is an injectable medication for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It is a form of a humanized monoclonal antibody. The substance acts by binding interleukin 17A and neutralizing it, reducing inflammation.
Immobilized human IL-17A at 0.5 μg/ml (50 μL/well) can bind to Ixekizumab with a linear range of 1.221 ng/ml-5 μg/ml.
