    • Flow cytometric analysis of ScFv based CAR containing a Whitlow/218 linker transfected 293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell (Right panel) or untrasfected 293T (Left panel) labelling Whitlow/218 Linker antibody at 1/5000 (0.01 μg) dilution. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody.
