Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment is a type of secondary antibody fragment that is widely utilized in various immunological assays due to its specific characteristics. Derived from immunoglobulins of goats that have been immunized against rabbit IgG, this fragment consists of the antigen-binding regions (Fab')2 of the antibody molecule, which includes both the heavy (H) and light (L) chains. The F(ab')2 fragment is obtained by enzymatic digestion of the whole IgG molecule, specifically using pepsin, which cleaves the molecule into pieces while retaining the antigen-binding sites.
Flow cytometric analysis of THP-1 (Human monocytic leukemia monocyte, left) / Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte, Right) labelling Human ILT4 (CD85d) antibody (S0B0867) at 1/500 dilution (0.1 μg) / (Red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) antibody at 1/2000 (0.1 μg) dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Negative control: THP-1
ICC shows positive staining in BxPC-3 cells (top panel) and negative staining in MCF7 cells (below panel). Anti-Tissue factor antibody (S0B2323) was used at 1/500 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) was used as secondary antibody at 1/2000 dilution. The cells were fixed with 100% ice-cold methanol and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
