CD294, also known as CRTH2, PTGDR2, or GPR44, is a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor primarily expressed on Th2 cells, eosinophils, basophils, and type-2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2). It is involved in mediating the chemotaxis of these cells to sites of allergic inflammation, such as the asthmatic lung, and plays a role in preventing apoptosis in Th2 cells.
Flow cytometric analysis of Human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cell) labelling Human CD294 antibody at 1/200 (1 μg) dilution/ (Right panel) compared with a Rat IgG2a, κ Isotype Control / (left panel). Goat Anti-Rat IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD123 - FITC antibody separately.
