Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a critical role in hematopoiesis, particularly in the development and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. FLT3 is expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem cells, myeloid progenitor cells, and dendritic cells, where it regulates cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation in response to its ligand, FLT3 ligand (FL). Mutations in the FLT3 gene are commonly found in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and are associated with poor prognosis. Inhibitors targeting FLT3 have been developed as potential therapeutic agents for AML and other hematologic malignancies.
2μg (R: reducing condition, N: non-reducing condition).
>90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Mouse FLT3L is immobilized 1µg/mL (100 µl/well), Recombinant Mouse FLT3/FLK2 His Tag binds with an EC50 of 1.6-4.2ng/ml.
