PD-1, T cell, Cytotoxic T cell and Macrophage Marker (PD-1, CD3 epsilon, CD8α, CD68) Antibody Panel contains 4 recombinant monoclonal antibodies against PD-1, CD3 epsilon, CD8α, CD68. They are provided as a sampler panel.

- S-RMab® PD-1 Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-R143) S0B2187
- CD3 epsilon Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-241-49) S0B2132
- CD8α Recombinant Mouse mAb (SDT-126-8) S0B2148
- S-RMab® CD68 Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-R025) S0B2064
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti- CD3 epsilon Rabbit mAb (S0B2132) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Green, B), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/500 dilution (Orange, C), Anti- PD-1 Mouse mAb (S0B2187) was used at 1/200 dilution (White, D), and Anti-CD68 Rabbit mAb (S0B2064) was used at 1/500 dilution (magenta, E), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
