HA-tag is derivative of self -influenza hemaginin, which is widely used as general table tags in the expression carrier.
Flow cytometric analysis of 4% PFA fixed 90% methanol permeabilized Histone H3-GST Tag-HA Tag transfected 293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) labelling HA tag (PE Conjugate) antibody at 1/1700 (0.1 μg) dilution. Then cells were stained with GST Tag 1/50 (1 μg) dilution (S0B0271) (Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody).
ICC shows positive staining in Histone H3-GST Tag-HA Tag-Myc tag transfected 293T cells. Anti- HA tag (PE Conjugate) antibody was used at 1/500 dilution (Red) and incubated overnight at 4°C. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
