Instructions for use (for reference only)
· It is recommended to centrifuge at 100-200g for 2 minutes before use, then carefully open the lid and add 1mM HCl to reconstitute to a final concentration of 1mg/ml, then cover the tube and invert or shake to mix thoroughly. After reconstitution, it can be stored at 4℃ or -20℃ for at least 3 months. Try to avoid repeated freezing and thawing after reconstitution.
· After reconstitution, this product can be directly used for peptide mapping analysis or protein identification. The recommended addition ratio is 1:20-1:200, and enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at 25℃ for 2-18h.

α-糜蛋白酶，又名α-胰凝乳蛋白酶，是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，可以水解酪氨酸，色氨酸和苯丙氨酸的羧基端肽键。Ca2+ 是α-糜蛋白酶的激活剂和稳定剂，同时该酶被二异丙基氟磷酸盐（DFP），甲苯磺酰氟（PMSF），N-对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基酮（TPCK），胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂，抑肽酶，α1-抗胰蛋白酶和 α2-巨球蛋白，10mM Cu2+和Hg2+所抑制。
本公司生产的重组人α-糜蛋白酶采用毕赤酵母表达，经过多步纯化获得，没有其它蛋白酶污染。
