Instructions for use (for reference only)
· It is recommended to centrifuge at 100-200g for 2 minutes before use, then carefully open the lid and add 1mM HCl to reconstitute to a final concentration of 1mg/ml, then cover the tube and invert or shake to mix thoroughly. After reconstitution, it can be stored at 4℃ or -20℃ for at least 3 months. Try to avoid repeated freezing and thawing after reconstitution.
· After reconstitution, this product can be directly used for peptide mapping analysis or protein identification. The recommended addition ratio is 1:20-1:200, and enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at 25℃ for 2-18h.

α-糜蛋白酶,又名α-胰凝乳蛋白酶,是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,可以水解酪氨酸,色氨酸和苯丙氨酸的羧基端肽键。Ca2+ 是α-糜蛋白酶的激活剂和稳定剂,同时该酶被二异丙基氟磷酸盐(DFP),甲苯磺酰氟(PMSF),N-对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基酮(TPCK),胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂,抑肽酶,α1-抗胰蛋白酶和 α2-巨球蛋白,10mM Cu2+和Hg2+所抑制。
本公司生产的重组人α-糜蛋白酶采用毕赤酵母表达,经过多步纯化获得,没有其它蛋白酶污染。
