Endothelin Receptor B (EDNRB) is a type of G protein-coupled Receptor, which the activity and function was regulated by G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The EDNRB membrane protein is widely located in the human body, which involved in the regulation of many physiological activities, such as binding to ET and transmits information into the cell through the intracellular Ca2+ phospholipid-dependent protein kinase second messenger system, which promotes the rapid release of calcium in the endoplasmic reticulum and sarcoplasmic reticulum. Endothelin performs its biological function by its receptor (ETR), such as EDNRB. Endothelin and ETR constitute the endothelin axis. Endothelin axis has pro-tumor effects in various tumors, which can promote tumor growth and metastasis, and can promote anti-apoptosis and angiogenesis.
2 μg (R: reducing condition, N: non-reducing condition).
The purity of EDNRB protein Flag-His tag (detergent, full length), Human is greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Immobilized EDNRB Rabbit pAb (A2908) at 0.5μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind EDNRB protein Flag-His tag (detergent, full length), Human (Cat. No. UA060002) with EC50 of 35.50-76.59ng/mL.
