CD2 is a broad -spectrum and stable T cell antigen, expressing it in mature T cells and thymus cells, and can also express in NK cells. It is mainly used for the diagnosis and identification of T cells and NK cell source tumors.

Secondary antibody (HRP) for IP was used at 1/400 dilution.
